As spring nears, Collect eagerly anticipates welcoming guests to the beautiful neo-classical rooms of Somerset House in central London for a five-day celebration of contemporary craft and design from around the globe. Presented by the Crafts Council, this year marks the 21st edition of the art fair, recognized as a leader in the contemporary craft movement.

Collect offers attendees a chance to engage with 40 esteemed galleries carefully selected by an advisory panel, showcasing works by 400 living artists, with 80% created in the last five years. This year, they’re excited to introduce eight new galleries alongside numerous artists who are challenging the limits of their mediums.

Collect creates an engaging environment for art collectors to explore new works. It’s a vibrant space where museums and art advisors acquire pieces for contemporary collections, and where interior designers collaborate with clients seeking to enhance their lives through craft.

With exquisite artworks starting at £500 and others priced over £50,000, the collection caters to both first-time buyers and seasoned collectors alike.

Additionally, 2025 marks the return of Collect Open, a platform for innovative craft installations by individual artists and collectives. These installations will be integrated among the exhibiting galleries, scattered throughout the rooms of Somerset House.
